Chi Sigma Iota - Rho Eta Sigma Treasurer (February 2025 to Present)

    I served as treasurer and worked together with other leadership to improve member activity. I will be conducting a training in April 2025 on conference proposals and presentations.

 

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (August 2024 to Present)

    I am a volunteer advocate for AFSP, and have been fundraising for and participating in local Out of the Darkness walks and Legislative Action Day in Richmond, Virginia.

 

Blue Ridge Montessori School (August 2023)

    I conducted a training for staff titled, Wellness: The Balance of Self-Care and Boundaries following a challenging transition of school leadership.
